The invention relates to the technical field of health care and aromatherapy, in particular to an essential oil composition, a microencapsulation method of the essential oil composition, refreshing mnemonic aromatherapy paper prepared through the essential oil composition and an application method of the refreshing mnemonic aromatherapy paper. The essential oil composition comprises, by weight, rosemary essential oil, cinnamon essential oil, clove essential oil, folium eucalypti essential oil, mint essential oil and dendrobium officinale flower essential oil. The microencapsulation method of the essential oil composition includes the steps that first, the essential oil composition is placed in vegetable oil to be diluted, so that an essential oil solution is obtained; second, the essential oil solution is mixed with wheat protein, so that a first mixture is obtained; or the essential oil composition is directly mixed with the wheat protein, and accordingly a second mixture is obtained; third, the first mixture or the second mixture is dispersed in a maltodextrin water solution, and after the solution is evenly stirred or homogenized, microcapsules of the essential oil composition are obtained. The microcapsules of the essential oil composition are coated on one face or the two faces of paper, and the refreshing mnemonic aromatherapy paper can be obtained after the microcapsules of the essential oil composition are dried.
