The shell is provided with an air outlet and an air inlet. A motor, a fan driven by the motor, and a heating assembly on the airflow driven by the motor are arranged in the shell. The handle is provided with a power switch and a temperature adjusting switch, wherein the power switch controls the motor to rotate, and the temperature adjusting switch controls the airflow temperature. The heating assembly and the motor are connected in series through a wire and are connected with a power plug through the power switch and the temperature adjusting switch to form a loop. A collagen body containing collagen ingredients is arranged on the portion, close to the air outlet, in the shell. A hot and cold semiconductor is arranged between the collagen body and the heating assembly and connected with the motor in parallel. When the hair dryer works, the collagen ingredients of the collagen body can be adsorbed to the skin of the human body in a molecule mode, and therefore the certain functions of moisturizing, wrinkle resistance, skin elasticity recovery and the like are achieved.
