The invention provides a multi-functional edible mushroom inoculator which comprises a fixed base, a conveying device, a tip, a sterilizing box, a packaging box, an inoculation box and an intelligent control box, wherein the conveying device is fixed on the upper part of the fixed base; the tip is installed on the conveying device; the sterilizing box is installed outside the tip; the packaging box is disposed on one side of the sterilizing box; the inoculation box is disposed on one side of the packaging box; and the intelligent control box is disposed above the sterilizing box. By setting an ultraviolet lamp in the sterilizing box, the multi-functional edible mushroom inoculator provided by the invention makes for carrying out a sterilizing operation of a matrix before matrix inoculation, avoids contamination which will lead to yield decrease, better protects the sterilized matrix and prevents invasion of other infection sources by setting the packaging box, effectively inoculates strains in the matrix by setting a blower and an inoculation needle in the inoculation box, and increases intelligence level of the whole device and functions of the device by the series of operations.
