Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses electric heating cloth and a preparation method and apparatus thereof. The electric heating cloth preparation apparatus comprises a double-screw double-die-head extrusion tape casting sealing device, a coating film cutting and heat-sealing device, and a copper lead clamping injection moulding sealing device. The electric heating cloth comprises a heating material which is a carbon fiber conductive filament. Carbon fibers and glass fibers are woven according to a certain rule. The heating material is coated with an insulated sealing layer. The electric heating cloth can be bent, and is resistant to extrusion, humidity, corrosion, and fire.
