The invention discloses a magnetomotive mechanical apparatus. The magnetomotive mechanical apparatus is composed of rotation magnets, a magnetic conductive tooth ring, a magnet support, a power output shaft and a coil. The rotation magnets inlaid in the magnet support in the magnetomotive mechanical apparatus generate displacement under the effect of the magnetic conductive tooth ring to drive the power output shaft to rotate so as to drag a motor or other machinery through power output and realize the purpose of energy conversion. At the same time, the rotation magnets generate magnetic field change in a rotation process to enable the coil wound on the magnetic conductive tooth ring to generate an induction electromotive force so as to realize a generating function.
