Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a low-voltage mixed winding structure for a regulated capacity transformer. The lower-voltage mixed winding structure is reasonable in structure and capable of effectively reducing the load loss of the transformer. The lower-voltage mixed winding structure comprises a first coil which is composed of copper foil, a pair of second and third coils which are composed of paper-covered copper flat wires and are each of a spiral staggered structure, end insulation arranged at the upper ends and the lower ends of the first coil and the second coil and the third coil, layer insulation arranged on the first coil, and outlet copper bars arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the first coil respectively, wherein the first coil is on the inner side, and the second coil and the third coil are wound on the outer side in a staggered mode. According to the technical scheme, the mixed winding structure is formed by the first coil which is composed of the copper foil and the second coil and the second coil which are composed of the paper-cover copper flat wires and are each of the spiral staggered structure, when size conversion of the capacity is conducted on the transformer, the conversion efficiency is high, the conversion effect is stable, and the power loss of the transformer can be effectively reduced. |
