The invention discloses a sample dispensing plate for dispensing a trace liquid. The sample dispensing plate is provided with a plurality of liquid storage channels; each liquid storage channel is provided with a plurality of micro-nozzles at interval; and each micro-nozzle communicates with a corresponding liquid storage channel through a capillary channel. According to the invention, the problem that an existing dispensing plate in droplet printing is relatively high in cost and needs to be cleaned is overcome. The sample dispensing plate is stable in chemical properties and don't cause an interference effect on most biochemical tests such as biological detection and drug screening. Furthermore, the liquid storage channels are connected, and addition of a sample solution becomes convenient, so that the work efficiency is greatly improved.
