Temperature sensor assembly for motor, motor, electric vehicle and installation method

The invention provides a temperature sensor assembly for a motor, the motor, an electric vehicle and an installation method. The temperature sensor assembly comprises a conical threaded pin, a clamping piece and a temperature sensor. External threads are arranged on the conical threaded pin. The clamping piece is arranged inside a hole arranged in the motor and has a conical internal surface. The conical internal surface of the clamping piece is provided with internal threads engaged with the external threads on the conical threaded pin in a matching way. The clamping piece tightly cooperates with the hole inside the motor as the conical threaded pin is screwed in. The external surface of the clamping piece is provided with a groove. The temperature sensor is arranged inside the groove. The temperature sensor assembly has the characteristics of simple structure, low manufacturing cost, convenient installation and easy maintenance. Furthermore, damage caused by a conventional moulding means to the sensor is prevented.
