The invention relates to a fork type exchange mechanism for warehouse type parking equipment. The fork type exchange mechanism has the advantages that the fork type exchange mechanism is used for replacing a conventional comb-shaped exchange mechanism; the total height of equipment can be effectively reduced; and for the building of garages such as underground garages in specific regions, better economic significance is realized.
