Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for regulating and controlling galactosylated modification. The method comprises the methods (I) and (II): (I) regulating the ratio of a basal culture medium and an additional culture medium of a cell strain of an expressing antibody, and culturing the cell strain of the expressing antibody, so as to regulate and control the galactosylated modification of the antibody; and (II) feeding the additional culture medium to culture the cell strain of the expressing antibody, so as to regulate and control the galactosylated modification of the antibody. By virtue of the method, the galactosylated modification types can be effectively regulated and controlled; compared with an international method for regulating and controlling the galactosylated modification by virtue of gene modification of the cell strain, the method disclosed by the invention can be widely applicable to the development and the industrialization of generic antibody drugs and new antibody drugs.
