Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a nano material modified resin/fiber reinforced composite material which comprises 50-60% of high-strength alkali-free glass fiber, 10-20% of basalt fiber, 5-10% of ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene fiber and 20-30% of thermosetting resin, wherein the thermosetting resin is 1-5 nanometer silicon dioxide modified epoxy vinyl resin, and the resin contains 2% of general processing aids including a curing agent, a silane coupling agent and a release agent. The product is heated for curing and moulding on a pultrusion winder according to the requirements. The material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high strength, good toughness and light weight and is widely applied to the fields such as machinery, chemical industry, environmental protection, water conservancy, mining, areas, buildings and ocean engineering.
