High-purity tetraalkylammonium chloride water solution, preparation method and application thereof

The invention relates to a high-purity tetraalkylammonium chloride water solution and a preparation method thereof and especially relates to a method of reducing the organic residue amount of organic substances in the tetraalkylammonium chloride water solution. In the invention, by means of pressure-reduced concentration to a tetraalkylammonium chloride water solution and a tetraalkyl ammonium hydroxide water solution, the high-purity tetraalkylammonium chloride water solution is prepared, of which the concentration of the organic substances is lower than 20 ppm. In the invention, the concentration of TMA or TMA.HCl in a TMAC water solution can be reduced to lower than 20 ppm just by a simple operation method without addition of extra production equipment and operation process. The preparation method is low in production cost and is suitable for requirements of large-scale industrial production.
