Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a production process of a heat-resisting PLLA polyactic acid bottle, comprising the following steps: adding a nucleating agent to PLLA polyactic acid plastic for pelleting and uniformly mixing; determining the shape of a tube blank die and regulating die temperature; carrying out low-speed injection molding production on a tube blank; controlling non-equilibrium softening of the tube blank by virtue of a PLC programmable controller; carrying out isothermal blow molding forming by using a hot air blow molding method; and carrying out microwave annealing recrystallization. The production process has the advantages that the temperature of a heating device on the side face of the tube blank is controlled by using the PLC programmable controller, and in match with selective heating and rotating speed, a tube blank generates required temperature difference, and therefore, the biaxial stretching requirement can be met in blow molding; PLLA polyactic acid used as a raw material is degraded after being used and scrapped, thus being relatively environment-friendly and relatively low in cost compared with other materials; and microwave annealing treatment adopted in preparation can improve the degree of crystallinity, stabilize the crystalline state and improve the heat-resistant quality of products. |
