Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an injection molding method of a double-color super-thick cladding element. A CAE analysis technique of Moldflow is adopted for layering design for the wall thickness of the double-color super-thick cladding element; injection molding is carried out twice in two molds; the injection molding is carried out under a high-temperature high-pressure low-speed condition and the relatively high mold temperature and the external condition of secondary molding are controlled so as to obtain a final product. The injection molding method has the advantages that the double-color super-thick cladding element can be prepared; meanwhile, the internal air bubbles of a product can be prevented; the flow mark on the surface of the product is eliminated; the appearance quality of the product is ensured. |
