Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a fixed section carrier roller of a continuous casting machine. The fixed section carrier roller of the continuous casting machine comprises a roller body, a roll shaft, a shaft sleeve, a retainer ring and packing. Cooling water channels are formed in the two ends of the roll shaft. A through hole is formed in the middle of the roller body. The roll shaft is arranged in the through hole of the roller body. The retainer ring is arranged on the roll shaft in a sleeving mode and is connected with the roller body in a welded mode. The packing is arranged on the roll shaft in a sleeving mode and makes contact with the retainer ring and the inner wall of the through hole of the roller body. The roll shaft is sleeved with the shaft sleeve, and the shaft sleeve is fixedly connected with the roller body through a bolt. The whole fixed section carrier roller is ingenious in structural design, convenient to disassemble, assemble, maintain and replace, and low in cost; the retainer ring is welded between the roller body and the roll shaft and the packing is arranged in the retainer ring to serve as a sealing ring, when the roller body leaks water, the bolt is tightened to fasten the shaft sleeve to abut against the packing according to the site conditions, the packing is made to compress the retainer ring, and cooling water is prevented from leaking out of the roller body; accordingly, the frequency of production halt offline maintenance is greatly reduced, the time of production half offline maintenance is greatly shortened, the production time is indirectly prolonged, and the yield is increased.
