Thermal baffle of vibrating table of continuous casting machine

The invention relates to a thermal baffle of a vibrating table of a continuous casting machine. The thermal baffle is arranged at the position where the vibrating table intersects with the movable section. The thermal baffle comprises a piece of I steel, a first iron plate, a second iron plate, four fixing blocks, four M30 studs and a piece of equilateral angle steel. The first iron plate, the fixing blocks and the second iron plate are welded together through electric welding. The I steel, the fixing blocks and the second iron plate are sequentially connected through the M30 studs. The equilateral angle steel is welded to one end of the second iron plate. A layer of refractory bricks are piled up on the second iron plate along the M30 studs. By means of the whole technical scheme, the thermal baffle is ingenious and practical in design; a junction box on the vibrating table is completely isolated from a steel and iron continuous casting red billet, so that the junction box is effectively protected and is prevented from being damaged by high temperature of the red billet.
