Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a methylal reaction rectification device which comprises a rectification tower, wherein two feed inlets are formed on the rectification tower, namely, a formaldehyde inlet formed on the upper part of the rectification tower and a methyl alcohol inlet formed on the lower part of the rectification tower; the formaldehyde inlet extends towards the inside of the rectification tower to form a distribution pipe; the lower part of the distribution pipe is provided with a plurality of spray nozzles communicated with the distribution pipe. According to the invention, the distribution pipe and the spray nozzles are arranged, so that formaldehyde liquid can be uniformly distributed in the rectification tower, the spray nozzles also have dispersion action, and thus methyl alcohol and formaldehyde can fully contact.
