Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of lipidosome repairing damaged skin after allergy, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: A. weighing octyl dodecyl alcohol, extract of peanut seed coat and extract of roots of stephania tetrandra, heating the mixture to 75-85 DEG C, and mixing and stirring the mixture until the mixture is dissolved completely; B. weighing polyglycerol esters, sorbitan esters, dicetyl phosphate, sucrose polycottonseedate and pine tree sterol, heating the mixture to 75-85 DEG C, and mixing and stirring the mixture uniformly; C. weighing deionized water and an extract from bark of mangnolia officinalis and heating the mixture to 75-85 DEG C; D. weighing the mixtures prepared in the steps A, B and C respectively and mixing the three mixtures with uniform stirring to obtain a pre-mixed solution; and E. cyclically homogenizing the pre-mixed solution through a high-pressure homogenizer by 8-15 times, and cooling the solution to room temperature to obtain the lipidosome repairing damaged skin after allergy. The lipidosome is good in an effect of repairing damaged skin after allergy, is high in bioavailability and is good in skin permeability. |
