Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a flow boiling cooling system for an electric locomotive and a train set, which belongs to the technical field of heat exchange and cooling. The system of the invention comprises a steam-air condenser, a pump and module evaporators for heat radiation of an electronic module, wherein the steam-air condenser is connected with the inlet of the pump via a filter; the pipeline between the filter and the pump is provided with a constant pressure expansion tank; the outlet of the pump is connected with the module evaporators via a control valve I; the outlets of the module evaporators are connected with the steam-air condenser; and the cooling system is internally provided with a cooling medium and the cooling medium is FC-72. The flow boiling cooling system for the electric locomotive and the train set uses the cooling medium FC-72 to replace the traditional ethylene glycol and water mixed solution, the module evaporators are adopted for replacing the traditional water cooling plates, the node temperature of a high power module electronic element can be effectively controlled, the heat transfer ability is strong, the size is small, the weight is light, and consumed auxiliary power is low. |
