Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a switch line phase modulation circuit with a microstrip line adjusting device. Four diodes are a first diode, a second diode, a third diode and a fourth diode. The cathode of the first diode is connected with the anode of the third diode. The cathode of the fourth diode is connected with the anode of the second diode. The cathode of the second diode is connected with the anode of the first diode through a short microstrip transmission line. The cathode of the third diode is connected with the anode of the fourth diode through a long microstrip transmission line. A connecting line between the first diode and the third diode is connected to a first capacitor for signal access. A connecting line between the fourth diode and the first diode is connected to the output end of a second capacitor. The switch line phase modulation circuit further comprises a first phase inversion amplifier connected to phase modulation signals. The first phase inversion amplifier is in series connection with a second phase inversion amplifier, and the second phase inversion amplifier is in series connection with a resistor. The input end of the resistor is connected with the second phase inversion amplifier. The connecting line between the fourth diode and the first diode is also connected to the output end of the resistor. |
