Data processing method, related device and data processing system

The embodiment of the present invention discloses a data processing method, a related device and a data processing system. The data processing method comprises: determining a target length of target data to be processed in a memory; determining a target cache region in the memory, wherein the target cache region is in an idle state in which no data is written currently, a length of data capable of being stored in the target cache region is greater than or equal to the target length of the target data and a length of a path between the target cache region and a CPU (central processing unit) is smaller than a length of a path between the target data and the CPU; and sending first configuration information to a DMA (direct memory access) controller, wherein the first configuration information is used for triggering the DMA controller to transmit the target data to the target cache region. Data in the memory can be effectively processed; difficulty in scheduling the memory when the data is processed is greatly reduced and the process of scheduling the memory is simplified.
