Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for realizing concrete spreading monitoring based on single-chip microcomputer, comprising steps of a performing digital dividing on a spreading area before spreading and giving coordinate information, expected spreading consumption time and expected spreading speed to an obtained spreading zone point, b obtaining real-time data including coordinates and running speed of the spreading device through a satellite positioning device and transmitting the data to the single-chip microcomputer of a control device, c determining whether the obtained practical spreading zone area is matched with an expected area by the single-chip microcomputer, respectively comparing the calculated average operation speed of the spreading device and the spreading consumption time with the expected spreading speed and the expected spreading consumption time. The invention can automatically obtain the accurate operation data of the spreading machine on the real time. Through the comparison and analysis on the spreading data by the single-chip microcomputer, the method disclosed by the invention can effectively prevent the case like the vibration missing which is non-compliance of the dam spreading regulation, guarantees the integral smoothness after the concrete spreading and effectively improves the concrete spreading quality.
