Tire transverse slice fixing device

The invention discloses a tire transverse slice fixing device which comprises a plate body. The plate body comprises a bottom plate and clamp plates. Clamp plates of tire beads on both sides of a limitable tire transverse slice are arranged on left and right sides of the bottom plate. Limit faces of the clamp plates on both sides have symmetrical contours which match the side and the bottom of the tire beads on both sides. The contours corresponding to the bottom of the tire beads are small-angle slashes which incline up left or up right. The contours corresponding to the side of the tire beads comprises a 1/4 arc with a concave lower part, a 1/8 arc with a convex middle part and large-angle slashes with upper parts which incline up left or up right. The distance between the clamp plates on both sides is corresponding to the width of a steel rim with the rim diameter between 400mm and 700mm. According to the invention, the size of each part of a tire transverse slice can be conveniently measured; and compared with the past method which comprises the steps that the tire transverse slice is fixed on a drawing and a tire baseline is hand-painted, the device has the advantages of greatly improved measurement accuracy and efficiency.
