Anti-collision warning device and method for well drilling

The embodiment of the invention provides an anti-collision warning device for well drilling. The device comprises a vibration sensor, a data collection analyzer and a data signal transmitter. The data collection analyzer is connected with the vibration sensor. The signal transmitter is connected with the data collection analyzer. The vibration sensor is used for monitoring vibration of an end opening of an adjacent well casing pipe and transmitting collected vibration signals to the data collection analyzer, the data collection analyzer is used for calculating the shortest distance between a drilling drill bit and the adjacent well casing pipe according to the intensity of the vibration signals, and the data signal transmitter transmits warning signals when the shortest distance is smaller than the safety distance. The anti-collision warning device overcomes the defect of the risk of penetration of the adjacent well casing pipe in the prior art, and the safety of the drilling work is improved.
