Zusammenfassung:	The invention concretely relates to a novel conductive bar and a processing method thereof. The novel conductive bar comprises a copper bar, a plurality of conductive clamps, an anode conductive head and a cathode conductive head; the conductive clamps are fixedly connected to the copper bar; each of the conductive clamps is formed by two conductive sheets, and a distance between the two conductive sheets is same to the width of the anode conductive head; and a distance between two adjacent conductive clamps is same to the width of the cathode conductive head. The novel conductive bar has the advantages of simple structure, less investment, low making cost, durability and low energy consumption, and is an apparatus capable of greatly reducing the zinc electrolytic production cost.
