Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a laterite-nickel ore preprocessing method. The method includes the steps that 1, size grading is conducted on laterite-nickel ore smashed by a smashing machine, the size of the laterite-nickel ore in the first grade is larger than 20 mm, and the size of the laterite-nickel ore in the second grade is smaller than 5 mm; 2, the lump ore with the size being larger than 20 mm is put into the smashing machine again to be smashed, and the lump ore with the size being smaller than 5 mm is put into a ball mill to be milled to form fine ore with the diameter ranging from 1 mm to 3 mm; 3, the fine ore obtained in step 2 is poured into a screening machine to be screened, and the fine ore with the diameter being smaller than 2 mm is screened out; 4, the fine ore with the diameter being smaller than 2 mm is put into a rotating type drying machine to be dried, the drying temperature ranges from 40 DEG C to 50 DEG C, the water content of the fine ore is made to be less than 10%, and the fine ore is piled for use after being dedusted through a cyclone dust collector. The laterite-nickel ore preprocessing method is simple in process procedure and has the good dewatering effect on laterite-nickel ore with the high water content and large viscosity. |
