The invention discloses an oil press punch non-oxidation decarbonization partially-reinforced heat treatment technique which comprises the following steps: brushing a protective coating on a punch surface with finished size, and putting the punch into an iron box; filling the iron box with sawdust, scrap iron and wood charcoal, covering the iron box, and heating in an electric furnace; and in the discharging process, opening the iron box, removing the sawdust and scrap iron around the punch, carrying out partial quenching on the punch cutting edge part, and tempering by using excess heat on the upper part. The technique implements non-oxidation decarbonization partially-reinforced heat treatment on the punch, reduces the processing procedures of the punch, enhances the overall performance of the punch, and lowers the production cost.
