Anti-aging rubber material

The invention discloses an anti-aging rubber material, and relates to the technical field of rubber production. The rubber material is composed of, by weight, 85-95 parts of nitrile rubber buna, 6-10 parts of zinc oxide, 2-5 parts of stearic acid, 3-8 parts of organic montmorillonite, 5-8 parts of vulcanizing agents, 1-3 parts of accelerant, 10-18 parts of abrasion-resistant carbon black N330, 15-20 parts of calcium carbonate and 2-4 parts of paraffin. The nitrile rubber buna serves as a main sizing material and is matched with other auxiliary materials, the ratio of all the components is optimized, and therefore the prepared rubber material is excellent in wear resistance, aging resistance and mechanical property, capable of bearing large-extent strike and pull, wide in raw material source and low in cost.
