Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an aerated lightweight sintered shale brick and a production method, the aerated light weight sintered shale brick is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40 to 60 percent of shale powder, 15 to 25 percent of coal gangue powder, 10 to 20 percent of quicklime powder, and 20 to 30 percent of aluminite powder; the production method comprises the steps of adding water in the mixed raw materials and stirring for 8 to 10 minutes, and the moisture content of the prepared mixture is 50 percent; putting the mixture into a mould to foam naturally for 1 to 2 hours in a stationary state; cutting out bread heads, performing form removal after 3 to 4 hours, and the size of cutted mixture is the size of a standard brick, and performing calcination to prepare the aerated lightweight sintered shale brick; the aerated lightweight sintered shale brick and the production method have the advantages that the aluminite powder generates gas in the aqueous solution of quicklime, the adobe is expanded, thus the density of sintered shale brick is greatly reduced, the standard brick die and pressed shape are not needed, the production process is simplified, the surface of the adobe has no cracks or defects, the surface of the adobe is more complete, the sintered product is more aesthetic, and the aerated lightweight sintered shale brick has the properties of light weight, heat preservation, thermal insulation, fire protection, anti-cracking, sound insulation and the like. |
