Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a cast self-thermal-insulation wall doped with iron tailings and a manufacturing method. The cast self-thermal-insulation wall comprises the main raw materials of expanded perlite, binding materials, the iron tailings, alkaline excitant, alkali-resisting short glass fibers, water, air entraining agents, thickening agents and super plasticizer. In the manufacturing process, the expanded perlite, the binding materials, the iron tailings, the alkaline excitant, the alkali-resisting short glass fibers, the air entraining agents, the thickening agents and the like are added to an agitation reactor to be manufactured into a dry mixture, the water and the super plasticizer are added to the reactor to be stirred, and self-thermal-insulation wall castable is obtained; the castable is conveyed to an inner cavity of a template to be moulded by casting; demoulding is carried out after internal curing; finally, the self-thermal-insulation wall can be obtained after curing of 10-28 days. The manufacturing process is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, high safety is achieved, the construction period is short, the wall is light, the thermal insulation effect is good, fire resistance and flame retardance are achieved, the mechanical strength is high, the wall is firmly combined with a base body, and is free of masonry and plastering, and construction waste is little. Wall construction and thermal insulation operation are completed at a time, and the cast self-thermal-insulation wall can be applied to heat insulation and preservation of outer walls, inner walls, various kinds of nonbearing walls and other building positions of frame structure buildings. |
