Through the adoption of the stabilizing method disclosed by the invention, the problems that water wheels of the electricity generating ship are hit by water flow, so that a ship body swings to left and right, and unsafe situations exist are solved. Hydraulic mechanical lifting devices are respectively arranged on the two sides of the electricity generating ship, and hydraulic or mechanical lifting arms are fixed by adopting connecting rods, so that the purpose of stabilization is realized. According to the stabilizing method of the electricity generating ship or a floating electricity generating station (1), hydraulic or mechanical lifting devices (2) are respectively arranged on the two sides of a water wheel rack of the ship body or the floating body (1), so that the balance of the electricity generating ship (1) can be adjusted, and the immersing depth of the water wheels can be adjusted.
