Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a machining fixture for a reciprocating lever of a reciprocating saw. The machining fixture comprises an upper clamp body and a lower clamp body, both of which are in shapes of discs. One end of the upper clamp body and one end of the lower clamp body are formed as a whole. The lower surface of the upper clamp body and the upper surface of the lower clamp body respectively and correspondingly provided with a first half groove and a second half groove. The first half groove and the second half groove are oppositely folded in order to form a clamp groove used for clamping the reciprocating lever to be machined. A notch used for exposing a part to be machined of the reciprocating lever is formed in the upper clamp body and is inwardly arranged from one end of the first half groove along an axial direction of the first half groove. A first connecting hole, located outside the second half groove, is formed in the upper surface of the lower clamp body. A second connecting hole, used for being penetrated by a fastener and connected with the first connecting hole in a locking mode, is formed in the upper clamp body. The machining fixture for the reciprocating lever of the reciprocating saw has following beneficial effects: during application, one end of the reciprocating lever to be machined is inserted into the clamp groove and the fastener sequentially penetrates through the second connecting hole and the first connecting hole to be locked from the top to the bottom such that the reciprocating lever to be machined is clamped closely; and operation is performed fairly conveniently and the reciprocating lever is conveniently installed and detached. |
