Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a glass kiln desulfurization, denitration and dust removal apparatus. The apparatus comprises, sequentially connected, an exhaust heat boiler, a high temperature electric deduster, an SCR denitration reactor, a cooling tower, a desulfurizer adding device, a cycle semidry process desulphurization reactor, a cloth bag deduster and a chimney according to a flue gas flow direction, the cycle semidry process desulphurization reactor is provided with a mixer, a technologic water nozzle is arranged in the mixer, and the mixer is connected with a fluidization tank. A glass kiln desulfurization, denitration and dust removal method is characterized in that flue gas sequentially goes through above devices, and respectively undergo denitration, desulfurization and dust removal operations. The apparatus and the method have the following advantages: the denitration efficiency reaches 80% or more, the outlet nitrogen oxide content is smaller than 600mg/Nm , the denitration efficiency is high, and the high temperature electric deduster is used before denitration to remove most alkali metal oxides in order to guarantee the service life of a catalyst; and the desulfurization efficiency reaches 80% or more, the outlet sulfur dioxide is smaller than 100mg/Nm , and the outlet discharged dust concentration is smaller than 30mg/Nm , so increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements are met.
