With the adoption of the tissue rapid propagation cultivation method, the rapid propagation purpose is achieved, the survival rate of seedlings is improved, the yield of dendrobium officinale is increased, and the tissue rapid propagation cultivation method has the characteristics of strong applicability, simple technology and good cultivation effect and is capable of improving the survival rate of the seedlings.
