The method comprises the steps that application client terminals arranged on a mobile terminal are coupled to monitor change of the state of the mobile terminal, and the state of the mobile terminal includes the working modes of the mobile terminal; change of the state of the mobile terminal is monitored, and the state change message of the mobile terminal is reported to a cloud terminal server; the push information type corresponding to the current state of the mobile terminal is acquired by the cloud terminal server according to the predetermined relation between the terminal state and the push information type; the corresponding push information type of information is screened from information to be pushed to act as push information; the screened push information is pushed to the application client terminals on the mobile terminal; and after the application client terminals receive the push information, the push information is displayed according to the preset of a user for active display of the push information or according to browse operation transmitted by the user. Information pushing can be realized on the basis of the mobile terminal state.
