Zusammenfassung:A novel 6kV anti-explosion frequency converter structure for mining comprises a transformer cavity, a frequency converter main body cavity and an output filter cavity which are sequentially connected, wherein a transformer cavity anti-explosion casing, a frequency converter main body cavity anti-explosion casing and an output filter cavity anti-explosion casing are arranged outside the transformer cavity, the frequency converter main body cavity and the output filter cavity respectively; a transformer is arranged in the transformer cavity, a U-phase unit, a V-phase unit, a W-phase unit and a water cooling system and control cabinet assembly are sequentially arranged in the frequency converter main body cavity, and a water cooling system of the water cooling system and control cabinet assembly comprises an internal circulation water cooling system and an external circulation water cooling system; the transformer cavity and the frequency converter main body cavity are connected through three first three-to-one high-voltage cables, the frequency converter main body cavity is connected with the output filter cavity through a second three-to-one high-voltage cable, and the output filter cavity is externally connected with a third three-to-one high-voltage cable. The novel 6kV anti-explosion frequency converter structure for mining solves the heat dissipation problem and the anti-explosion problem of a frequency converter main body, connecting wires are reduced, the whole structure is segmented, transportation is convenient, and maintenance is simple.
