Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an energy spectrum knowledge base application method applicable to elemental analysis. Information including ingredients, contents and the like of elements in a tested material corresponding to new measurement spectral shapes is acquired by means of direct and effective comparison with various spectral shapes in a spectral shape knowledge base. The method includes: subjecting the spectral shapes to normalization, peak searching, treatment of peak position uniformity or similarity to find out reference spectral shapes of known element types and contents, ordering according to similarity, and selecting three spectral shapes highest in reference effect to carry out comparative analysis so as to acquire the information including ingredients, contents and the like of the elements in the tested material corresponding to the new measurement spectral shapes. The method has the advantages that the defect that an original calibration method requires linear regression or nonlinear regression of all known spectral shape data and corresponding element contents for each time is effectively avoided, the spectral shapes can be supplemented to the spectral shape knowledge base directly for each time, supplementation for the knowledge base during test is realized, and simplicity in operation is achieved.
