Data processing system and data processing method

The invention relates to a data processing system and a data processing method. The system comprises a data recorder and an information terminal device. The data recorder can perform digital conversion on detected sensing signals by the use of interpretive language program codes provided by the information terminal device, and then the data recorder transmits the converted data. Multiple commands of the interpretive language can be displayed in a form of multiple command icons through a recording program by the information terminal device. By employing the information terminal device, when an executive program is made for combining the multiple command icons, the program codes used for data conversion and corresponding to the executive program is generated, the generated program codes are provided for the data recorder, and the converted data transmitted by the data recorder is numerically displayed.
