The capacitive touch screen at least comprises a substrate with a first surface and a plurality of bridge connection structures formed on the first surface, wherein each bridge connection structure at least comprises a first function layer and a second function layer, wherein the first function layer is formed on the first surface, the second function layer is formed on the first function layer, the first function layer is at least composed of materials with good binding performance, the second function layer is at least made of materials with good conductivity, and the thickness of the second function layer is at least larger than the thickness of the first function layer. In addition, the invention further provides a manufacturing method of the capacitive touch screen.
