Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an intelligent control system for an ultra-large type torque standard machine and a method. Field signals including a force sensor signal, a displacement sensor signal, an angle encoder signal and a limit switch signal are sent to a Q-series controller system through I/O junction boxes and hard wires of systems, a PLC (programmable logic controller) and a motion controller in the Q-series controller system are communicated through a PLC high-speed system bus substrate, the motion controller is communicated with a servo controller of an actuating mechanism through the SSCNET III optical network, and the PLC is communicated with a human-computer interface and a touch screen through serial RS-485. System control modes comprise a manual adjustment mode, a single-point testing mode and a standard range mode, the priority of the manual adjustment mode is the highest, the priority of the standard range mode is the lowest, an enabling function is judged by combining the manual operation and signal detection, and misoperation is prevented. The intelligent control system can perform functions comprising device operation state monitoring, system protection, safety operation and the like.
