A small-sized water storage type constant-temperature electric water heater for water using terminals mainly comprises a water storage tank, a heating pipe, a three-way water valve, an electric control three-way water valve, a cold water and hot water mixed constant temperature water valve and a controller, wherein the horizontal end of the three-way water valve is communicated with a hot water source water inlet pipe; the lower end of the three-way water valve is communicated with the second water inlet of the electric control three-way water valve; the fifth water inlet in the lower end of the electric control three-way water valve is externally communicated with a tap water pipe; the horizontal end of the electric control three-way water valve is communicated with the third water inlet of the cold water and hot water mixed constant temperature water valve; the heating pipe, the three-way water valve; temperature signals and water flow signals of the heating pipe, the three-way water valve and a water flow sensor arranged in the cold water and hot water mixed constant temperature water valve are outputted in the controller. When the water storage type constant temperature electric water heater is mounted on water using terminals of hot water supply systems of various hot water sources, a user can obtain the constant and continuous constant-temperature hot water of which the temperature is the same as the preset outlet water temperature with several seconds.
