Air interchanger

The invention relates to an air interchanger, including: a frame (7) mounted on a ceiling surface (2) and including an opening (5) arranged on a lower surface and a decoration panel (29) that covers the opening (5), and a fan (8) configured in the frame (7). The fan (8) includes: a shell (11) having a fan suction inlet on a lower surface and having a fan exhaust port on a side face; air supply vanes (10) configured in the shell (11); and a motor (9) that rotates to drive the air supply vanes (10). The decoration panel (29) has a suction inlet (30) for the panel at a central part, and has an exhaust port (32) for the panel at a periphery part. The fan exhaust port (15) is provided with a shielding part (25) which adjusts an opening area of the fan exhaust port (15), thereby enabling air flowing past the fan exhaust port (15) and the exhaust port (32) for the panel to increase or decrease.
