The air inlet pipe is provided with a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. The sectional area of the air inlet pipe is gradually reduced from the first end to the second end. The throat pipe is connected with the second end. The exhaust pipe is connected with the throat pipe. The throat pipe is located between the second end and the exhaust pipe, and the sectional area of the throat pipe is smaller than that of the exhaust pipe. The communicating device is connected between an air collecting pipe and the exhaust pipe.
