The method comprises the steps of 1, forming thin-wall metal lining; 2, forming a metal joint molded part; 3, processing the outer surface of the thin-wall metal lining, mounting the metal joint molded part and wrapping a rubber insulating layer; 4, winding a composite material layer; 5, curing to obtain the finished product. The high-temperature and high-pressure gas cylinder with the thin-wall metal lining structure prepared through the method has the advantages that the weight is light, the reliability is high, high temperature can be resisted, the cost is low, and the bursting pressure is greater than 25MPa; and the method can be used on composite material high-temperature and high-pressure gas cylinders for solid rocket engines and aircraft propelling systems in the fields of aerospace, thus having wide application prospect. |
