Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a forming process of a chip-monitored self-adjusting universal PE (polyethylene) combined pipe fitting, aiming to solve a series of problems caused by reasons such as disalignment, high cross angle deviation, manual welding parameter input mode and misoperation during welding of polyethylene pipeline products. The forming process is characterized by including that spherical bearing faces are arranged on the inner diameters of the ends of a combination body, metal wires are embedded in the spherical bearing faces accurately, and universal joints matched with the spherical bearing faces are arranged on the spherical bearing faces respectively; gap locking wings and electrode protection jackets with external copper electrodes are arranged on the outer diameters of the ends of the combination body; an RFID (radio frequency identification) chip is arranged on the combination body. The forming process has the advantages that practical needs of different working conditions are met, welding heat is controlled accurately, the electrodes are mounted reliably, electric performance is stable, and welding quality of each welding junction is monitored comprehensively.
