Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a fixed pulley adjusting mechanism, comprising a mounting plate. The end of the mounting plate is provided with a fixing block which is provided with a groove; the groove is connected with a connecting tube; one end of the connecting tube is provided with a first adjusting tube; the other end of the connecting tube is provided with a second adjusting tube; the first adjusting tube and the second adjusting tube are arranged in parallel; a sleeve is arranged between the end of the first adjusting tube and the end of the second adjusting tube. A fixed pulley can be mounted on the sleeve in a sleeving manner; the connecting tube allows the fixed pulley to be adjusted around the groove; thus, adjustment of the sleeve and fine adjustment of the inclination and height of the fixed pulley are facilitated.
