Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a load simulation electro-hydraulic servo control device for a beam-pumping unit. The load simulation electro-hydraulic servo control device comprises a servo controller, an oil pumping unit, a displacement tension sensor, pressure sensors, flow sensors, an adjustable elastic mechanism, an energy accumulator, a servo valve, an energy accumulator safety valve group, a pulley block, an oil source, an electromagnetic overflow valve and a load oil cylinder. According to the invention, loading power is provided for a load simulator by adopting an electro-hydraulic servo-controlled hydraulic driving manner, and the hydraulic cylinder used as an execute component simulates the load of the oil pumping unit and control the driving force, speed and position of the oil pumping unit. By adopting the novel simulator, simulation of known indicator diagrams under different well conditions is realized, various unusual conditions such as load breaking and overloading in the well can be simulated independently, quick response and high accuracy are realized and load simulation of the beam-pumping unit can be realized. |
