Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an energy-saving type horizontal direct connection single-stage double suction centrifugal pump. The energy-saving type horizontal direct connection single-stage double suction centrifugal pump comprises a pump body, a pump cover, an impeller and a motor, and is characterized in that the pump cover is composed of a pump cover body I and a pump cover body II which are arranged on the left side and the right side of the pump body respectively; a side cover of the motor and the pump cover body II are fixedly connected, an open type air isolation gap or a cooling water isolation cavity is formed between the side cover of the motor and the pump cover body II; a motor shaft penetrates through the pump cover body II to enter the pump body; the impeller is arranged on the portion, corresponding to the central position of a middle discharge volute chamber, of the motor shaft; a bellows-type motive seal is arranged between the impeller and the pump cover body II; feed volute chambers on the two sides of the pump body and the middle discharge volute chamber are separated through a partition wall integrated with the pump body, a left annular partition plate and a right annular partition plate together, wherein the left annular partition plate and the right annular partition plate are matched with the partition wall through spigots; the central lines of the left annular partition plate and the right annular partition plate coincide with the axis of the motor; the left annular partition plate and the right annular partition plate form an integrated structure together with the pump cover bodies on the corresponding sides by means of connection rib plates respectively; the outer diameters of the left annular partition plate and the right annular partition plate are larger than the maximum diameter of the impeller.
