Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of power generating devices. An energy collecting device comprises a lithium battery, an electric energy conversion circuit and an electric generator which are connected in sequence and two air bags, and the elasticity of one air bag is more than three times of that of the other air bag; a communication channel is formed between the air bags, the electric generator with a fan is arranged in the channel, and the electric generator is in electrode connection with the electric energy conversion circuit. According to the energy collecting device, the electric generator is pushed to generate power through air flowing between the air bags with the different elasticity; the device is high in generating efficiency, can be placed on a road or in a shop or a school, and can preferably meet the requirement of people for collecting energy.
