| Zusammenfassung: | A device for detecting unevenness of wool tops is characterized in that a wool top penetrates through a ceramic horn mouth which is slightly smaller than the wool top, friction is produced between the wool top and the ceramic horn mouth, the thicker the wool top is, the larger the friction is, and the thinner the wool top is, the smaller the friction is; the friction born by the ceramic horn mouth is transmitted a pressure sensor through a connecting sheet, the pressure sensor converts a friction size signal into an analog voltage signal, and the accurate analog voltage signal represents a signal of the unevenness of the wool top and can be directly input into a programmable controller and used for a device for making the wool tops even. |
